Friday’s Feast – 121 – Week 15

Appetizer: Which language would you like to learn and why?
I always say I’m going to learn Italian, which I guess I could but it’s so similar to Spanish which I already speak… I think I’d like to learn russian, I like the way it sounds. At least how my piano teacher spoke it.

Soup: What’s the funniest thing you’ve heard or read so far this week?
12 year old arrested for opening Christmas gift. The headline did it. The story itself is.. well, just read it.

Salad: Which movie was so bad you couldn’t watch the whole thing?
Garden State. Oh. Em. Gee. SO BORING!!!

Main Course: If there were a holiday in your honor that didn’t use your actual name, what would the day be called?
Take Your Blythe to Work Day :D

Dessert: Name one movie which is coming out soon that you would like to see.
Oh I don’t know any that are coming out but I do want to see… Stranger than Fiction.

Stupid Dog

My dog tried to get himself killed today.

I was looking for the car key and couldn’t find it, so I was going to go downstairs to see if maybe I had left it on top of the mailbox. So I open the door and Vinz bolts out the door and down the stairs. Usually he comes back inside if I call him but today, nope, yelling at him didn’t work. So I chase him downstairs and almost cornered him but he’s quick. So he’s running around the parking lot and the alley, which is bad enough cause we do get cars through there, then the little bugger runs down to the sidewalk and around the corner. So I follow him then when I almost catch him..

THE LITTLE BUGGER SPRINTS ACROSS THE BUSY STREET.

omg. Luckily the light was red so there was only one car that could have hit him, so then I run across and try to get him and he just runs back and forth (luckily down the sidewalk though instead of back and forth across the street). SO then I finally get him when he isn’t looking and carry his butt home and ARGH.

Stupid dog.

Friday’s Feast – 120 – Week 14

Appetizer: Have you ever flown in a helicopter?
Nope, and I’m not sure that I ever would.. looks scary!

Soup: What color is your warmest coat or jacket?
Brown. I stole it from my uncle!

Salad: What is your favorite rainy day activity?
Sitting on the couch with some tea and watching movies, yay! Bonus points for snuggling hehe.

Main Course: Describe your hands.
They are bad piano playing hands as they barely reach octaves. My fingers are kind of chubby and my nails are finally sort of long. I am not biting them anymore. Right now my skin is kind of dry and I only have 3 major creases on my palms.

Dessert: If you could eat only one nut for the rest of your life, what nut would you pick?
Cashews! I love almonds, but sometimes I don’t feel like them. Cashews are my tried and true.

For the record: I am all about REAL trees. If looks could kill my mom would have been dead in a heart beat the one year she even mentioned putting up a fake tree. Go vote. Then comment here if you feel like it.

Soup: Do you have an “innie” or an “outie” belly button?
Innie!

Salad: Name a new paint color and describe it.
Baby Puke: that lovely shade of light olive green. I’d paint my living room that color.

Main Course: What is your favorite holiday tradition?
Tony Hawk Marathon Thanksgiving Weekend!!!!

Dessert: If you were a cookie, what kind of cookie would you be, and why?
I would be.. white chocolate macadamia nut, because they’re just awesome, much like me
