Happy Thanksgiving!

Happy thanksgiving everybody! I hope everybody had a great one!

I went to my aunt’s for the afternoon and ate there, then drove back, and then now I am at my mom’s boyfriend’s house (me, mom, harlan, tom and chris) and we are going to eat MORE FOOD! I just found where my mom hides the recipe book with the Heart Attack sauce recipe, I will try to be all inconspicuous and steal it for you guys.

I need deviled eggs and rum and coke now.

This year I am thankful for my pain in the butt dog, my real-life friends Tom and Sonia and Jeff (and everybody else too!) and my family and all my new blogging buddies, and also that even though I complain about being broke and poor all the time, I have a killer camera and a nice cell phone hehehe. Now, alls I need is a car. I am also thankful for cool internet toys like the kareoke site, Skype, and kulor.

Brain Farts

Still didn’t get any sleep. Boss sent me home at 8 last night. Went to bed at 11. Woke up at 3:30. Didn’t fall back asleep. Got here at 7 today. Yuck. Free food for lunch though, yay! Breakfast was burnt. My hair smells like my puppy (… I wash him with baby shampoo and I ran out of my shampoo and had to use his). I have a burrito now. Brain = numb. That is all.

More Whining and Complaining

If I was making any of this up, I’d be making up happy stories, I swear. Does this much bad stuff normally happen to one person?!

I. I didn’t sleep like, AT ALL last night. I took a nap but it shouldn’t have been long enough to keep me up as much as I was up. It was hot and I felt icky. My sinuses hurt.

II. My car sucks more now. It doesn’t even go 3 blocks without stalling. Today I gave up after 3 stalls and left it in a 2 hours parking spot and made Jeff bring me. He took my car home with a little more success, and yay no parking ticket at least. Bleh. I seem to need another grand to be able to buy a car.

III. I was out Friday. Walked in (30 minutes late today thanks to the stupid car drama) and found that nobody did ANY of my work while I was out. NICE. I am so behind. This bites. No time (or money) for lunch. I bummed a dollar for soda and a cup o noodles from my mom.

IV. Getting Blackberry Pearl number 3 from T-Mobile. I just realized today that the camera on this phone is taking really crappy pictures.. I compared them to the old phones pictures and yeah, these pictures are TERRIBLE. Guy tried to charge me for shipping. I told him he was crazy. They agreed to ship it free, but only ground, so my new one won’t be here for like, 2 weeks cause of the holiday *grumble*

There’s probably more but writing this post is making me want to cry

Sadly, I think my List of Things I Want is longer than my List of People Who Love Me. Ah well.

2 gb (or more hehe) Compact Flash card for my new camera. 128meg isn’t going to fly with this baby.
Filters/lenses/camera bag for said camera.
webcam for the techno-geek in me.
a new bedframe because mine is about to collapse. I wouldn’t mind a springy-thing either. I don’t have one, just a buddy board.
A tokidoki bag. I blame Sonia for that one. I want either Ciao Ciao, Bella, or Bambino in Citta Rosa. I was looking at the fall collection. I REALLY want Dolce or Bambino in Inferno. Portatelefono is probably the right size for my cellphone too… However, I know that nobody loves me $100-purse worth lmao.
A Bluetooth headset.
Playstation 2 and Katamri Damacy.
Random little accessories and clothing items.
Pink creepers.
Jeans that actually fit me.
Gift cards and cash donations towards keeping me fed and my phone bill paid.
