My grandmother, who is the most important person in the world to me, is having surgery this morning. It’s a very specialized and fairly invasive heart surgery… if everybody could send some good vibes towards San Jose (she had to go all the way there from L.A. so that a specialist could do the procedure), I’d greatly appreciate it.
