6 Odd Things

Tiggerprr tagged me for a meme..

The Rules:
Each player of this game starts with the “6 weird things about you”. People who get tagged need to write a blog of their own 6 weird things as well as state this rule clearly. In the end, you need to choose 6 people to be tagged and list their names. Don’t forget to leave a comment that says “you are tagged” in their comments and tell them to read your blog.

It’s a good thing we put a limit of 6 or I’d be here all day Actually, I probably will be here all day trying to narrow it down to 6 really odd things.

  1. I am obsessive compulsive about the file organization on my computer. I’m talking subfolders in subfolders. Especially my mp3 collection. It’s split up in letter groups, with folders for each artist, then each album. Everything is immaculately tagged. File names all using the same form. I’m still trying to find a good way to organize my images.
  2. I don’t ever park my car in front of the place I am going. I don’t know why. It drives my mother absolutely insane, but I insist on parking like, 2 rows over.
  3. I am extremely indecisive. However, unlike most people who eventually pick something, I just do it all. IE: the time I couldn’t decide what color makeup I wanted to wear. See this comic.
  4. It drives me absolutely nuts when I am talking to someone online, then they say bye and immediately sign off before I can say bye back. It makes no sense, and I don’t know why that bothers me, but it does. Pffft.

Last 2 coming later. I’m too sick to concentrate.

Friday’s Feast – 122 – Week 16

Appetizer: What was your very first job with a paycheck?
Hot Topic, a few years ago.

Soup: Did you ever lose something really important to you?
I had this necklace with a ring, a tiny key, and a cross on it. I never took it off, but when I was in choir we weren’t allowed to wear jewelery for our group photo. I took it off and tied it to my bow in the back of my choir dress. Somebody untied it as a joke (we used to do that to eachother all the time) without realizing I had my necklace attached to it. I retraced my footsteps for an hour and never found it :(

Salad: What is the best Christmas present you ever received?
IPOD! Yay Frankie

Main Course: Tell about a favorite “hang out” place for you and your friends when you were in high school.
Gosh, we always just hung out by the band and choir room. We practically LIVED there haha.

Dessert: Name something that always brings a smile to your face.
My nephew He’s so cute!

Car Shopping is the PITS

Looking at cars is depressing when you have a budget as low as mine and desperately want a pickup truck (preferably automatic because you can’t drive a stick [but you’re willing to learn]) made oh, this millennium.

Craigslist isn’t helping, auto trader isn’t helping, cars.com isn’t helping…

Oh Christmas Tree!!

My tree topper is a monkey with a santa hat, mmhmm :D And it has blue lights. And it’s about 4 feet tall. I have it on my sewing desk so Vinz can’t eat it. And uhm, me and my santa hat were totally adorable decorating it, no?
