Jeff just called and woke me from my nap 5 minutes early. RAWR. But he’s bringing me Yoshinoya so I forgive him

Katie: “If I feel better after I eat, perhaps we can venture out into the real world...”
Sonia: *blank stare* “Or we can just stay here!!”
Katie: “That works too!”

I don’t know what’s wrong with us. Must be something in the air.

14 - Listening To: Basement Jaxx

I’m listening to Basement Jaxx right now.. I have Kish Kash. This girl has an amazing range, it’s really quite impressive. I put techno on cause… it was probably the happiest music I have? Sonia requested ska but I don’t really have any.

Vinz is giving me the “I have to go potty NOW” look, I’d better take him outside.

13 - I Like Food

Can you believe that I’m *still* working on the required 2 glasses of water? I suck.

So this entry is about food. I love food. Some say I’m a picky eater… I just know what I like is all

Favorite Foods My Mom Makes:

• Pineapple Chicken Rice (Ok, I’m sure there’s a real Hawaiian name for it but I have no idea what it is)
  This is a dish my momma makes. I’d post the recipe but I don’t have it. Essentially it’s rice with chicken and pineapple and it’s really really tasty.
• Pasta Salad
  My momma makes KILLER pasta salad with curly noodles and good veggies and drowning in Cheese Fantastico. You have to let it sit overnight for it to be really good.
• Deviled Eggs
  My mom’s deviled eggs are the only ones I’ll eat. They’re so good! Nobody else makes them how she does.
• Nachos
  Tortilla chips, beans, hamburger meat, olives, tomato, various other veggies, cheese, out of the oven… I could go for some of that right now.

Favorite Foods my Grandma Makes:

• Albondigas
  Only the greatest soup on earth. Made only when it’s raining. Meatballs, rice, broth, potatos, carrots, etc etc etc.
• Enchiladas
  Gramma makes them just how I like them!
• Bean and Rice Burritos
  I think it’s the love, because no other bean and rice burrito tastes as good as hers

Favorite Foods I Make:

• Campbells Soup
  Add water, heat and stir haha
• Ok, as you can see, I don’t cook Bad things happen when I get in a kitchen. Potholders spontaniously ignite.

12 - Sonia Sucks ;P

Sonia says “Katie, you can’t have any pepsi until you drink 2 cups of water. In front of me.”

I don’t like water. It’s boring. And it’s not even cold water cause I left it in the bedroom. Booooo!

My soda of choice these days is Pepsi. And Dr Pepper. In the same glass. I also like cream soda, cactus cooler, and cherry pepsi. I have 3 of the 5 in my fridge right now, and orange juice. I should drink juice!

What are you guys drinking?

I promise one of these entries will be longer, when my brain stops throbbing.

10 - Tragedy in the Katie House

I just realized that both of my super pretty (and slightly pricey) 10 gauge earrings fell out of my ears last night. I found 1 of them in the bathtub (.... I don’t even know how it got there) but the other one is missing in action. I suspect it may have gone down the drain, or it might be in a totally bizzarre, random place.

I’m kind of sad. Now I have to buy new ones, and if I don’t get something in these soon, I’m going to have to hunt down all my other earrings so I can stretch them back up to 10.

9 - The Sonia is On the Way!

Huzzah! Sonia says she is coming now

Sonia is awesome. I met her at Art School. Our very first day in our very first class we were lamenting the fact that we hadn’t gotten all the supplies everybody else had gotten in our student kit. Then we went to starbucks/subway for lunch and we’ve been awesome friends ever since, and we’ve had tons of weird adventures, and have been stalked by Karmimi ^_^
